08 Acura TL 3.2 immobilizer key light flashing

Drove back from Wyoming and got 13 miles from home (Houston Tx) when my dash threw “check starting system” which lead us to the starter relay. When we replaced that the car started only ONCE and then never again. The green key light on the dash constantly flashes. I get power to everything else but the engine itself will not turn over. We’ve tried having someone come out and reprogram the key and even another key and no results. I’ve also tried bypassing it by using the key in the door and doing that method along with it in the engine and still no results. What am I missing?? 

Check the fuses, particularly the ACG fuse, if there is one.

The fuse is perfectly good. I’m thinking maybe it needs a new programming. The guys at the dealership are clueless when I explain it to them.

Perhaps a locksmith in your area might be able to figure something out, then.

Also tried that. No go.
