I have a 2014 Silverado 5.3 vin C. Truck will not move in any gear. Dash gauges go to zero, traction control disabled, service theft message, service tpms but only when the headlights are on. If the headlights are turned off the dash will come back and messages go off. Truck will not move with headlights on or off. Codes are-

Camera module, B1011, U0140
Human interface moduel- U0121
Hvac module- U0140
IPC module- U0140

OBD permanent codes= U0101
I am still very new to diagnosing U codes. I have already looked into the bulletin for Ground 218. I did remove the dash insulation near that ground and re-tightened. I voltage drop tested the battery cables per the bulletin. The ground cable had a fair amount so it was replaced. No change. I plan to scope pins 6/14 on the dlc next to check that waveform.
Any guidance on a direction to go or anyone seen something of this nature? Could these symptoms cause no movement in any gear or should I be looking at a separate issue? Thanks for any help.

Cheap aftermarket led headlight bulbs were causing the communication issues. Still no movement. Believe we have a transfer case issue after seeing the fluid that was drained.

Wow thanks for the update I was thinking along the lines of headlamp circuit when you mentioned that.

On the other issue does the scan tool allow you to disengage the 4x4 I had a Yukon that did that and it drove great with 4x4 off through scanner lol. Those motors actuators are notorious for jamming/going bad
