It's your Swedish bug again...
Don't know how many sweds you talk to but..any way..
I have a code P0036 refers to B1S2 in my Kia Carnival 2.5L v6.
Changed both rear o2 s but code keep coming back.wiring is good from what i can tell but can be testning it wrong.
Any ideas??

It's a heater circuit fault. How many wires on the O2 sensors?

2 for signal and 2 for heater. I'm not sure his these are controlled but the heater needs 12v and gnd. What testing tools do you have?

test light and a voltmeter..the 2 black are for the heater i know..1 have 12 v and the other show 0v on the ground..i`ve tried to viggle the cabels and there are no intermmittens(if u know what i mean...my English is kind of poor

English is good. Look in your scan tool for "freeze frame", next time you scan it and get the code you can put up that information to tell when the error happens.

Do you have a way to measure current? This way you can verify heater circuit is really working and being controlled.
Also, be sure you are looking at the proper bank and sensor. Bank numbers are manufacture specific, and sometimes, there are more sensors than one would think. LOL
Without looking at specs, I would assume you would see something like 1 to 5 amps of current flow on the heater circuit.
The reason I suggest this is just because voltage is present doesn't mean current is flowing.
You'll get it; your persistence will pay off.
