2014 Chrysler Town and Country Rocker arm replacement

So we had the infamous tick. And replaced rocker arms. But now we are getting the following:
P0017 Crankshaft/camshaft Timing misalignment Bank -1
P000A Bank 1 Camshaft 1 position slow response
P000B Bank1 Camshaft 2 position Slow response
So Which side is Bank 1 that is my first question I always thought it was the Left side as the driver is looking at the back of the engine. And that is NOT the side we did any work on.
i have attached pictures as well as codes.

General rule: cylinder one is the farthest away from the flywheel side of the engine.
Exception: french cars.

OK I was wrong it is on the Right side from what I can see in alldata. Must have damaged the VVT control.

I will add that Bank 1 is whichever side contains Cylinder #1.

I also  remember the exception that  proved the  rule the little  French Chrysler-Simca  engine

One trick with Vee engines is the cylinders on nearly all automotive Vee engines are staggered and one bank of the Vee will  be an inch or so ahead of the other bank and that will be bank 1.

Did you pull the cams to change rocker arms? Just as an FYI for any one faced with one of these, you can do rocker arms without touching the timing.
I think there is another post here somewhere it got discussed...
