Wow you have about every code in the book! I would look into that timing correlation code may just be a faulty sensor but if you do have real timing issues you'd be wasting your time doing anything else . I would ignore your injector codes for now. And I would also look for a vacuum leak and I would guess that's your idle problem as well as your maf code . Can you view live data ? Data would be more helpful then codes for this if you can capture all the data your scanner will show at idle after engine has ran for atleast 15 minutes

Wow.
I would check for the 5v reference circuit at numerous sensors and check all fuses in car. Clearly, something that affects numerous sensors/actuators is not happy.
In other words, try to find something that is working and move forward from that point..
Keep us posted.
You'll get it. Persistence in a great trait!

Tried to do a cam/crank correlation. I could not get a crank waveform. Cam waveform was present. (Modis} Did try my vantage on the ckp with no luck. The vehicle starts.

Could be the ckp signal is too low to see on the scale you were using. Not sure if these act like some Nissans and start with just the can signal. Can the ckp be adjusted?

Im not sure on this particular car, but a few vw's that I have worked with can start and run without the crank sensor.
You did not give alot of info on the car Jose. How did the issue start? Did it start after any work was done?
Since you have all the codes stored (attached here) clear all dtc's and see what reappears. You could be reading dtc's from the past.
