06 CTS No Start, No com between VTD module and ECM

  I'm Working on an 06 Cadillac CTS 2.8. No Crank No start, Codes are U1040 Lost Com w/ Brake module, U1153 Lost Coms w/Climate control, U1064 lost Coms w/ BCM, U1192 Lost coms w/ Theft Module, p0318 Rough road sensor Circuit and P1629 No Fuel Enable signal Received from VTD. all other modules have code u1000
                     The Wave form on the Class 2 Looks good to me but i am no expert. (ill attach a snapshot). I have good scanner coms with both the VTD and The ECM. The VTD pid for " Vehicle theft fail enable" reads OFF. The pid for "start Disable" reads OFF. The ECM pid " Vehicle Security Status" reads UNKNOWN. the ECM has recently been replaced but the car had run good for several weeks after ECM replacement. 
      I don't have much coms experience. My thinking is that if i have scanner coms with both Modules and they don't have coms together, one of the Modules is bad. would that be correct? its the same wiring....? The Pic i took was with a break out box. 1 Lead in Pin 2 and the Other at a ground. 
            

I think your voltage is low on your waveform. Should be 7 volts. Does your scanner pick up all modules on a system scan

Thanks for responding. I just rechecked and Everything on the Class 2 bus Wiring Diagram gave a U1000 Code. Except The Drivers door switch, Amplifier, TV Antenna Module and the radio Antenna Module. I Don't know if i should be able to get codes from an antenna module. Also i unplugged the splice pack @ sp300 and sp303 and nothing changed. I cannot find sp200. (if anyone know's where this is, please please let me know)
