2002 sequoia 4.7 replaced feul pump and feul filter. spray starting fluid and it will start also replaced feul pump relay no hrlp code c1234 and c1203 diiagnostic check

First do have any fuel pressure? Second is there any immobilizer lights on in the dashboard?

IF the engine keeps running after starting on external fuel and you have a scantool look for the throttle position sensor. It may be at fault indicating clear flood. Otherwise more info will be needed.

Low fuel pressure is the prime (!) suspect. Injection engines need max fuel pressure at cranking. Note *PRESSURE* a simple check for fuel won't tell you anything useful.
