This car runs great. But every now and then the Cooling fan starts with key on, AC off, and engine temp is cool i.e. 95 Degrees. And the fan seems to run long after shut down. I know this may be normal. But sometimes it does it other times it does not. The car is driven 30 miles 1 way regularly. And so it has plenty of time to warm up and ideally should arrive at the same condition every time. But some times the fans run after shut down some times they do not. Engine temp never gets hot. So with the code I have concerns that we have a random short or failure.

Do rattle\shake test of wiring
Load test relay
Visual inspection of all wiring in circuit
I have noticed that many of the wire shielding is brittle so suspect random short in a place where wire shielding has broken lose.
I had a 08 have constant fan on with key on, it's been a while but I remember taking out the air filter box and tube and found a broken wire in the harness, it was pierced and never sealed
