2009 Kia Forte 1.6L .  p0012 intake camshaft position over retarded
flush the engine new oil new filter  clean the cvvt and the passages . nothing change 
i attached the waveforms for timing issue pleas help

Sorry you haven't gotten any replies to your post.
Generally speaking, when I see codes like this, especially if they come right back in a very short amount of time, my first suspect is mechanical timing.
I believe it would be easy enough to pop off the cam cover and verify the timing marks. 
I don't have the Pico software on my device to open your waveform attachments, but Kia provides a sample waveform.
This is for a 15 soul with a 1.6.
My service info doesn't list a Forte in 2009.
Also see attached the camshaft alignment marks.

Cleaning the small  filter live under VVT  ...

Might be worth doing an engine flush.
VVT engines really appreciate a top quality fully synthetic oil which have a high percentage of Ester base stock in the blend as these don't break down to varnishes and tars to the same degree.
