I recently installed a dual battery kit in my 2015 Jeep Wrangler JKU that required me to remove and modify the battery try along with the fuse box.  Since then I have had several issues with no start conditions.  I originally thought it may be a bad ground, but I think I have ruled that out.  I can usually get the vehicle started by "jiggling" the hot wire to the fuse box.  I have removed the fuse box and connectors multiple times and reconnected but can't seem to find the root cause of the issue.  I have power to the fuse box from the battery, but wondering if there is an internal issue with a poor connection.

Any suggestions.  Is there a recommended service manual with good electrical drawings?

Is the wire loose in the crimped connectors to either end? Also have you inspected the wiring outside of the loom covering to see any breaks in the wiring? It will fold over really easily if their is a break. Also a voltage drop test would be a good first step while someone cranks it jiggle the wire while probed at the fuse box junction connector.
