How are y’all today? I’m getting my butt kick by a 89 Ford with 7.5L. Okay let me tell you what’s all went on. First I started with testing pumps pressure. Both pumps where putting out 10-15 pounds. But the back pump wasn’t steady some times it would loose pressure so the tank was really dirty so new pump and cleaned then the new pump was putting out 8 pound. The front tank is now putting out 35 psi, it has had 2 fuel selector valves put in it that failed and would make the pressure go up to 100 on front and 70 on the back. So it was plugging off return. So I put in a OEM selector valve.  So I got a 30 psi pump and put it in the back tank and it ran great. Then he ran it on the front tank and it messed up again I finally released the front tank had to much pressure so I changed both pumps and rebuilt the fuel selector valve. So the fuel system pressure and selector are good now. And it started loosing fuel pressure and it don’t matter what tank it’s on. And it did do that one time before I redid the fuel pumps. It seems to be loosing power and I can’t get it to mess up again no matter what I do and when it did mess up I tried to test wires and then out of the blue while I’m trying to test and work the key so it will just start pumping again. Any old school guy in here that have seen this before? I don’t think the relay is getting hot. But I’m not sure because I can’t get it to mess up when I have the test light on it
