All those codes are related to a circuit high condition in the high fuel pressure regulator circuit.

With the key on and the engine off, backprobe one high fuel pressure regulator pin at a time and take a voltage reading with the meter grounded to B-. What are your voltage readings on both wires?

Purple wire 7.35
Yellow wire 7.36

It will run on starting fluid.
Thank you for any help.

Looking good so far. I took some known good readings off an '11 Equinox. Same engine.

Now, KOEO, disconnect the pump connector and recheck voltage on both wires. Should have 12V on the yellow, and 0V on the purple. The 12V on the yellow should NOT be able to light a test light connected to B-.

Looking good to me. :cheer: Those readings match my known good exactly.

Can you measure high pressure fuel pump resistance? Connector unplugged, across both pins. I don't have a spec available at the moment - I'd expect five ohms or less.

The one i replaced was 9.8 ohms, the new one was 9.4. I read somewhere spec was 9-11 ohms.

Something is not allowing high pressure fuel pump to run, when I use starting fluid it idles at only 62 to 66 psi fuel pressure. Which is about the same as KOEO.

Did you erase the codes after you replaced the high pressure fuel pump and they immediately came back?

Kind of odd tried to erase, It said permanent they wouldn't erase. But I only have otc 3111. Going to get a launch or autel as soon as I decide on which one.

Tried that codes still present. I think permanent codes have to cleared through drive cycle.
