They didn't have an '06 tC, but they did have an '06 Rav4, which is likely the same 2.4L?
Timing is too similar to be coincidence. But, if I remember right, only the intake cam is monitored on these engines. Exhaust could still be out.

Looks like I’m missing something. I only have one tooth on the cam that’s 5 teeth before the sync notch on the crank
