By posting the year, make, model and engine near the beginning of your help request, followed by the symptoms (no start, high idle, misfire etc.) Along with any prevalent Diagnostic Trouble Codes, aka DTCs, other forum members will be able to help you get to a solution more quickly and easily!
Look at FFD and see what RPM the code set. Also check the fuel trims when it set.
There is a bulletin for a lot of them if there are no driveability issues. That one is an ecm update.
This code can be a number of things, but is usually not a failed maf sensor, if it's the only code. If it set at idle in freeze frame, it's most commonly a dirty throttle body if the air intake ducting is intact and the airbox is sealed properly.
It can also be a vacuum or exhaust leak, so check your fuel trims.
