rough idle,rich running no apparent vac leaks maf replaced been tuned and well maintained by owner no dtcs problem appeared suddenly.data for cts shows 62 f then 64 after 3 mins map data looks good can the coolant sensor be bad even though data looks good?

Maybe fuel pressure regulator leaking.

What are STFT and LTFT? What happens to those values of you raise rpm to 2500?

test the iac see if it moves to adjust idle when running rough. odds are it is sticking or going bad. would also be worth while to clean throttle body
