I accidently posted this in the wrong thread 2 times now still getting use to using this forum. Anyway i took over a vehicle from another tech at the shop after he shot the parts cannon new wiper motor new multifunction switch swapped out relays and still no fix. The wipers dont work when trying to use the switch and the washer motor function does not either unless commanded with a scan tool they both will work. This vehicle has 2 relays an on/off wiper relay and a high/low relay. At the on/off relay i have a control side power and a load side power. When i change positions on the multifuntion switch the positions correlate with scan data as well.
