Here's where I started the search:
Ended up in a power distribution diagram that looked like this:
I also jogged over to Instrument Panel Lamps:
That's what we want to know.

So fuse 10 has no power to it at all? Then I'd head towards fuse 11 and check for power there. Seeing power on both sides of fuse 11 would suggest an open circuit between fuse 11 and the main light switch. If fuse 11 popped, then you'd be looking for a short on the yellow/black wire.
