By posting the year, make, model and engine near the beginning of your help request, followed by the symptoms (no start, high idle, misfire etc.) Along with any prevalent Diagnostic Trouble Codes, aka DTCs, other forum members will be able to help you get to a solution more quickly and easily!
Well sometimes you are just a idiot is the answer. To clear up some questions all relays and fuses were checked double checked and checked again. I confirmed my diagnosis on the bad clutch like a million times at this point.
However the issue ended up being the dumbass working on it LOl!
Sometime between me doing my vacuum and trying to refill I got a block in the low side valve on my gauges. Should have realized it was building pressure way to fast to be entering the system. Long story short I had second set of guages and once I put that on I saw the original vacuum was still there...... Put my oil charge in and started adding freon and wonder of wonders it actually worked.
Thank you all for the help and advice and I was positive there was a block in the system and there was a blockage just not in the system.
