Did you pull the number 1 plug and look at it? I'm wondering if #1 is confusing/causing the other misfires since they are so low? Those trucks are also know to have problems with the fuel injectors which is referred to as a spider injector underneath the intake. The injectors are able to be changed one at a time (if this is even your problem) but most people do all of them as the "spider assembly" because of length of time of the job. Might not be a bad idea to check compression either!

I have not pulled any plugs yet. Coil, Plugs and wires replaced by someone else a month ago for "surge/miss" at highway speeds I learned from owner. Did not change problem. I replaced the ignition switch for an intermittent crank but no start- until letting go of key from start position. Still does that also randomly. Crank sensor replaced with two supplied shims. Relearn done. Noticed the misfires on one bank only when driving and scanning after installing switch and sensor

Did you verify that the wires are on the correct cylinders? If that was done recently and you didn't do it I would definitely verify that. I've attached the firing order just in case.

Might be worth swapping plugs on Cyl #1 & #2 since they are both up front and easy to get to and see if anything changes
