Hi All, I have here a 2010 VW Scirocco with CBDB 2.0TDI 140bhp Engine and LHD 6 Speed Manual Gearbox
It has 12v, 12v and 0v at EGR, Throttle and a few other parts with connectors unplugged, Guessing these should be 5v??

Where should i start?

Of course they don't sell the Scirocco in North America with the CBDB. So I can't look up service info. :angry:

Which EGR component are you testing at, exactly? EGR valve itself? How many wires are there total?

Without knowing specifics, it's tough to judge those voltage readings. :unsure:
