Is it all four wheels locking up, or just one axle?
I'd suggest getting the wheels to lock, jack up the locked wheel and loosen the nuts that attach the master cylinder to the hydroboost. If the wheels unlock, then you've got a few suspects. One, the pushrod between the booster and the master is too long, causing the master to stay partially applied. Adjust as needed. Two, something is causing the brake pedal hang applied, or not return to it's rest position. Three, your replacement hydroboost sucks. :silly:
