Bmw 2009 x5 I have a problem with the fuel pump and I changed it Bmw auto dealership and the problem continues, it works two hours and dies, someone has the same problem does not have pump transfer

Is the problem related to fuel level or running time ? The reason I ask is that some BMW with a saddle shaped fuel tank although they didn't have a transfer pump they used a venturi suction device to transfer fuel from one side of the tank to the side with the pump.
Also is this car petrol or diesel ?
