Headlights low voltage was created by TG53
2008 Ford Sport Trac 4x4 v8 4.6l - I am only getting 3v at my headlight connectors (both sides). I checked the voltage with the ground wire at the connector as well as to the body. I have also checked the battery fuse box and I am getting 12v at the fuse for each headlight and 12v going into the Smart Junction Box. Any ideas on what I could look at for this issue. Note: all of the wiring was completely removed and reinstalled during my project. Could something need to be reset with the Smart Junction Box?

Also there is always 3v showing at the connector even if the light switch is off.
