I have a 2000 GMC 1500 Savana 5.7. 106000 miles
I have gone through many of you videos, very well done. I do not have a scope but am very familar with the use of VOM and test light. I have already replaced the Cap and Rotor, and CPS. I have no spark at the coil. I do have 12 V at the coil positive terminal and negative terminal is lighting with a test light with ignition on but no flash when cranking. The ICM is showing 12 V at pin A, pin C is showing solid light with test light, pin D is showing no light with the the ignition on and also no light or pulse when cranking. All fuses have been checked. Do you have any suggestions as to what next. I also did resistance checks on the coil and they seemed to be within spec. Thanks

If its not flashing then take icm out of distributor and ohm test it following the shop manual specs. Or visit www.eautorepair.com and get a subscription it will give you all the info you need to test it. I have had plenty of icm issues with gmc. Some parts stores will have a ignition control module tester so call a few parts stores and see. I am pretty confident that the icm is the issue in your case.
