By posting the year, make, model and engine near the beginning of your help request, followed by the symptoms (no start, high idle, misfire etc.) Along with any prevalent Diagnostic Trouble Codes, aka DTCs, other forum members will be able to help you get to a solution more quickly and easily!
You can probably take it apart and replace it like you would with any other tablet that says you can't replace the battery, but I know if you contact Launch USA they can change it for you. You'll have to ship it to CA and it won't be free but I know they can do it.
