Hi everyone, can anyone help me figure out what would cause a high reading of 5.75 volts on the 5 vref circuit? It's a toyota ecu?

I’m assuming it doesn’t run?? I’d cut the 5 volt ref wire where you can repair it at the pcm recheck. If it’s the same load test powers and grounds at pcm. I had a 2015 Kia Soul have 8 volts on the reference wire it was a bad ground at the pcm
