If its caked on (dry) sodium hydroxide and water solution (draino for plumbing), oven cleaner in the spray can (will need several cans). Let it soak and flush it in forward and reverse flow directions repeat till clean rinse. then repeat two more times with cleaner and rinse till clear. Capture rinsate in plastic bucket and wear elbow length rubber or nitrile gloves and a waterproof apron as sodium hydroxide will desolve flesh if gets on skin and is not immediately washed off.
