Unfortunately, I can't make out the pictures of the codes you posted.
Did you check it for a vacuum leak?
I remember a great big rubber elbow in the back of the intake nearly impossible to reach on some of the 5.4l engines that would come apart (or be left off    ), and the truck will barely idle.

Thank you for posting the pictures again. If it is a big leak, a smoke machine would be the quickest way to find it.

This is the vacuum port that I have struggled with in the past. Yours is newer so that may or may not be there.

Well I believe I found my problem mass air flow sensor, at 200 rpm, ram, its reading 50 gm/s lol I knew I had a super lean issue the engine thinks there's a whole lot more air coming in then there actually is
If I snap the throttle the gm/s shoots up to over 100

200 RPM? That thing really is running like crap. That's about cranking speed...
Be sure to let us know if the MAF fixes it.

Found a piece of grass that was stuck to one of the hot wires inside of the MAF Once I pulled it out problem solved truck runs excellent and my short term fuel trim went into the negative to correct the long term
