1994 infiniti g20 2.0 crank no start
spark ok, injector pulse ok, air entering to the engine ok, compression ok
fuel pressure checked before the injectors is 40psi.
what I don't see is fuel in the return hose coming out the injectors rail.
and cranking security light blinks....... what it could be......

I suspect security mode may have disabled the injectors. You could spray a fuel source into the intake to see if it tries to start to build on that theory. An injector balance test would certainly confirm no injector pulse. The next question would be why? I am not experienced with security issues, if that's what this is, but I'm sure others are.

What did you do to confirm injector pulse? A test light would work for that, or pulling a plug to find a stinking soaked plug after cranking with no start.

I used a test light to check the injector pulse,
I think it could be a clogged CAT. maybe the engine it's not breathing enough
(((maybe I'm wrong)))

yeah, but it cranks and it has spark, injector pulse, compression, maybe what it needs it's air on the outlet (exhaust)

yeah you're right, maybe fire at the wrong time
I removed the 02 sensor and a park plug to make sure it's breathing
