hi Danner

appreciate your expertise advice since i have a 1zz fe engine toyota rav4 2005,
my rav4 was dead while driving, so i tried crank it up after i release the key the engine start and dies immediately,
your expertise advice on this would be highly appreciated.

Did you scan for codes? Do you have any immobilizer warning/tell tale on? Did you try another key?
An expert is someone who knows each time more on each time less, until he finally knows absolutely everything about absolutely nothing.
