2001 Dodge Grand caravan 3.8 liter

Van was towed in.

Performed a spark test first to find out engine was not getting any spark to the spark plugs.
someone has changed the following items:
1. One used coil pack
2. One set of spark plug wires.
3. one new PCM
The four wires that go to the coil have been spliced with male/female connectors. ( I will send pictures tomorrow. ) Not sure if this part of the harness was melted. Both wires for the cooling temperature sensor have exposed strands of wire that were fused together. I have separated them for now. I watched the video for chapter one "universal test methods" and we where able to energize the coil with the scanner . we had spark to the plug number 6 . With this information we could say that the wiring , coil and PMC circuit was good. The fix would be to change out the Crank angle sensor which I did.

The van will still not start. The four wires going to the ignition coil seem to be getting out put signals and voltage readings to them.
1.the green wire with a red tracer (I believe this is the ground wire) it flashes with the key on and you ground the test light.
2. the brown wire with the white tracer I believe is the positive wire. it should be getting at least 8 volts with the ignition turned on and the test light grounded. I believe this correct?

Not sure where to go from here. My gut tells me I should solder in four new wires to the coil and cooling temperature sensor. But first I would like to get the van running. Is there access to a free wiring diagram for the ignition system that I can down load?
Is there any thing else in a troubleshooting tree that I should try?

thanks again for your time.

You stated the PCM was replaced, is the Security Light on?

Here the ignition system:
