Have sparks means good crankshaft sensor this model 1991 had no camshaft sensor , no injector pulse when i removed one of the injector socket and test for it both pins of the socket of injector have positive i wonder if this is a strategy of ford for injector system or there's a short to ubatt

And try to crank looking for injector pulse and the test light not flickering

And everytime i ignition off the wire from injector become negative , injector is already plugged the one i removed ealier test light on positive terminal of the battery and the other one is on injector wire

And the negative of the battery gets to hot every cranks maybe because of this negative wire corroded

Did someone guys experience that ?

I would definitely say replace that battery ground wire. Also i would say you need to inspect the entire engine harness. Most likely around the back side of the block the harness melted near the egr tubes or air injection tubes coroded and cooked the harness

Injectors are probably group fired so the voltage you're seeing on the ground switched side is a back feed thru' the other two injectors.

Thanks mate for your answer , one thing mate ealier i removed again one of the injector bank 1 and short it to ground the control wire even the socket of the injector is disconnected everytime i touch the negative to injector socket disconnected some of the injector remaining in bank 1 injectors is clicking but when i removed all bank 1 injector socket and check again for clicking there's no sound of clicking is it mean this kind of injecting is group injection even the wiring diagram is seperated from each other ? Or this is a short circuit to ubatt ?

Tomorrow mate i will check what you said , thanks again appreciate it
