96 Camry LE 2.2L
The car cranks but no start, the majority of the time. Every now and then it will run for a few seconds (rough) and shut off.
CPS tested good
Pick Up coil tested good
Coil tested good
Ignitor tested good
All wiring from Ecm to all of the above parts are good.
Key switch cylinder was replaced.
Cap, rotor, wires and plugs replaced
Timing belt is good
This is what I’ve found...
The only time it has spark is when the key switch first clicks to the “run” position for 1 single spark then once you turn the key to start the car it makes 2 sparks and that’s it for spark. No other time do I get spark. The spark I do get is strong.
