Is there a way to determine driver circuit high and low. My bcm has a lot of driver high and low codes? Pull the relay, fuse, and codes still remain. I am thinking a bad bcm but the components still work. For example the horn relay. Driver circuit high, turned on the horn from the scanner, data pids read horn on as well as the circuit driver went to low. Turned horn off and it went back to high. Any suggestions?

From the codes list I see you have a b1000 code. And a majority of the other codes are bcm related. From the looks of it you will need to scope the can bus as I believe your bcm is toast and possibly pulling the network down.

I had my scope on the connection and the connection periodically would hot almost 8v. The Problem I have is I cant find the class 2 data link splice pack so that I can verify.

Backprobe the bcm connector can bus wires they will be a twisted pair with the connector connected then disconnected you don't need to find the splice pack to check the can bus.
