2000 Silverado 5.3 lean conditions was created by 1950gmc
Need some help have lean condition at idle ,long term 20% both banks cold and warm.Replaced intake with updated one,fuel filter ,plunged evap hose no different,plugged pcv hose no different.If I give gas fuel trims come down to 8-10% same with driving.Water tested for vacuum leaks nothing,fuel pressure good 50 psi idle,injector balance came back good.What am I misssing?Any help would be greatly appreciated. Smoke test intake air tube (alson check for cracks etc in intake tube) etc also plug/ pinch off brake booster. Check maf sensor and tps for drop outs or lower than normal signal readings both key on engine off and engine running.

Also check egr and egr tubes for holes of equipped

Thanks for response I did plug brake booster tube no difference ,I did swap out mass air flow with another one just to see if any thing changes same,I’ll check the other stuff. Thanks again for the help.

No problem.... oh check the misfire monitor that may narrow down some stuff as well since pcm may shut off a injector if it's frequent on a cylinder. Just a thought

Have you tried resetting fuel trims after the intake job?? Also try putting a vacuum gauge on the oil dipstick tube and check for an internal vacuum leak.

Yes reset fuel trim no I did not check vacuum on oil dip stick I’ll check tomorrow.Thanks for the help
