took a capture of the exhaust solenoid bank 1 and looks like this. Whats does that look like?

Looks like solinoid is shorting to voltage or shorting internally. Swap solinoid out with other bank and if it follows you will know if it is the solinoid. otherwise wiring will need checked

Its a possibility as well but doubtful as voltage climbed above the waveform. If timing was off one wave form would be shifted one way or the other(left or right). I would say to compare it to a known good waveform to verify if that happened.

Could not find a known good waveform. However the green trace in video which you can't see was normal looking with no dips. Going to swap sensors and see what the good looking one looks like on the exhaust side.
