2003 dodge grand caravan oxygen sensor wiring was created by Bennytwostep
2003 Dodge Grand Caravan. I am making a new oxygen sensor wiring harness. I cannot adequately access the wiring to find the break in the main harness. That said, there are 2 questions I cannot answer. The br/wh wire splices and goes to the ASD relay and fuse. Is thus also pin 6 on PCM C1? Second, the bk/bl ground wire from the sensor wiring.. Does this go directly to ground, and if so, in rewiring, can I simply ground it to the block and keep moving? I know this would technically call for a new harness, but the van belongs to a vet, its not in great shape, but its his only transportation. I've had this thing for a while, and he has to have it back yesterday. I don't do many of these vans any more, and I've NEVER had a problem where I just cannot get to the wiring. Help appreciated!

Yes. It, also, powers the Injectors and Coil Pack.
Yes.

so I need to splice the new wire into br/wh but also maintain the current connection, or I'll lose coil and injectors. correct?

The PCM, alternator, fuel injectors, coil pack, and both oxygen sensors, all get power from the ASD relay. If you are running a new wire to the O2 sensor (from the ASD relay), then you can cut the old one and cap/tape it off.

so use the br/wh FROM THE ASD, not the PCM C1 PIN 6 BR/WH
