98 2.5 ranger originally had P1451 code

un hooked battery to clear code after repairing wire at canister vent solenoid drove to work for 3 days put over 120 miles ,no check engine light drove over the weekend put another few miles on now up about 150. got up Saturday changed oil and filter then headed up to get E check and new license stickers, not open due to covid... on the drive home noticed it running a little rough. Go for a Sunday morning drive and check engine light comes on, went to AZ to have them pull codes to see if it was the same , because of the COVID 19 they will not pull codes or even let me do it. I went to harbor freight and bought one read codes and it was a mass leak in evap and P0136 O2 sensor. I check back at canister vent ant it wasn't fully seated in canister ,decided to pop hood and look around buy where I reach down and remove oil filter to see if I knocked a vacuum line off and was making it run rough and found the evap purge valve hose had a tear in it repaired, cleared code, took for a ride ,ran a lot smoother got home and read codes nothing ,but had these red oval shaped items flashing next solid green ovals ,so figured I better read the manual for code reader , it says the ovals represent monitors for different devices and systems eg. evap ,O2 sensors …..green means they are functioning red is they have to reset after a few drive cycles do to clearing codes..... so went through cycles the red ones cleared except for evap and O2 sensor .at this time had put 120 miles on... at 140 O2 finally reset and I have a code for down stream sensor ,it had popped up in past and would go away ,so I ordered one to replace it . Now I have put over 200 miles on and evap is still flashing red, wont reset . Anyone have any ideas on what to check
