Hioefully you read this scannerdanner! A month ago you posted a video on 2013 lincoln mkz at your brothers shop with almost identical issues to mine. My issue is I can't lock my doors because the alarm will go off. With my apollo d8 hooked up most of the alarm triggers I see are from the lift gate. Everything operates normally back there, opens and closes fine and all readings on the scan tool read everything is closed. So because I dont lock it to avoid the alarm going off, I believe the modules aren't falling asleep, possibly draining the battery. But also, even if I leave it unlocked, it shouldn't be killing a new battery overnight. I also have a substantial water leak in the trunk I have to look into. Did your brother ever find out where the leak is coming from, to give me an idea of where mine might be? Also have you heard of the rear gate trunk modules failing in a way where it triggers the alarm? Thanks again for all you do!
