Hi i have lexuse 1998 ls400
The problem is with vtech ocv
It is not staplty it open and close even at ideal and make car not to idel ok

The problem with bank 2 and bank one is ok not cliken at idel

I change the pcm and still same

I change cam sensor bank 1 to bank 2

From wher the vitch ocv got it is input ?
The on and of of ocv is by squre wave and it comand by pcm

When i do active test the it get stedy full open not on and of

Is fulty cam shift do that and pcm try to make it ok


Attch wave form for both cam sensor

The green is bank one and the orange is bank 2 wich it have problem

Even when i swap the cam sensor bank 1 to bank 2 the wave form of bank 2 is still have
7.7v and bank one 5.1 at idel

Are there any codes?

This VVT sensor puts out signals on both wires.
Can you put both scope leads to bank 2's VVT sensor at the ECM to capture the full amplitude. Then, compare that with bank 1's VVT sensor, the supposedly known good? Do it at the ECM to make sure signal's making it to there.

Custmer take his car not fix

Pcm give pwm for the solined 10% then 90%

Every 10scound

What input pcm take to adjest the timing at ideal


Bank 1 stay 10% not change at ideal and aftee rev to higher rpm it open around 90%



Is diff in timing make pcm not to change

I mean may the pcm try to adjest the timing by sending pwm signal at ideal
