We don’t have a 2015 ranger in the USA but have you checked bcm data for headlight output? Or headlamp switch inputs to see if it matches the position of the switch

Really? Well hey, a fix is a fix!

Did this truck have a weak battery or other electrical issues? Just wondering what pissed off the BCM in the first place. When you say BCM Reset, do you mean just unplugging/plugging it back in? Or is there a specific scan tool function?

What i saw on this car the battery is new , Hi beam beam is fine only the low beam is not working on that time , so i checked Fuses , Grounds ,in low beam there is no clicking unlike h beam I can hear clicking everytime I turn the hi beam switch , this time im using aurel maxisys elite checked for posiible cause But its not telling me whats fault , So checked the wire color of low beam that goes into Bcm And energize it works fine ,i checked the switch input iits fine, i disconnect all connectors from BCM and i open see if what is wrong on Board but there is no signs of wet water ! so i put it back all and This time Im using LAUNCH i go into BCM read fault and all relay clicking inside Bcm and erase all faults try to turn low beam and It works
