You may want to open a new thread on this topic.
The code itself is about a problem with the throttle body motor relay and/or its circuit.
An expert is someone who knows each time more on each time less, until he finally knows absolutely everything about absolutely nothing.

I have moved your question to your own topic as Juergen had suggested. This will hopefully get it more attention from the community and keep the previous thread coherent for any one searching out the issue in the future.

I did some digging through all data, we don't have a Nissan Dualis in the American market, it sort of looks like our Rouge. However the Rouge doesn't come with that power plant. I did a search of that code anyway and have no code set criteria.
The Nissan NV200 does bring that engine for the 2013 model, but again, that code isn't listed in my service information.
If you can provide a code description, set criteria or a diagram, more people will be able to help you.
Based on your description of the nature of the problem and Juergen's description of the code, I would be inclined to think there may be a pin fitment issue on the throttle body or PCM connector or possibly a section of harness rubbing somewhere.
