2001 pontiac grand am 3.4 v6 code P0230 fuel pump relay curcuit. Testing at the under hood fuse box I have no power at the fuel pump fuse. If I jumper power to relay, fuel pump is activated and car can start and run.

you have 12v at the 15A fuel pump/injectors fuse with key on??See wiring diagram.

with key on, engine off, you should constant power at relay terminal 87, and momentary power at 85 during cranking of engine, or constant power with engine running/

what voltage do you get at these terminals??
