Got a 05 g6 3.5 tap shift transmission with p0753 code 1-2 shift solenoid. When l commanded solenoid on/off with scan tool l heard a crisp clicking sound so no need to check 12v feed n gnd signal from pcm. I pulled the main plugh n was full of transmission fluid assuming it was shorting things out to either ground or batt. My question: is there any possibility the fluid leaked through the back of the plug into it? I cleaned n reconnected it n no more codes or shifting problems at all. Please advise or remove if not allowed.
Thanks

Jose Santos.

To be clear, you found fluid inside the female pins of the transmission connector itself?
