2001 ford taurus ses...6 cycl 3.0 liter 24 valve dual overhead cam...186 00 miles...

Having probs passing smog...monitors work on last test...mar 14 2020...
...but it sounds like exhaust leak might be adding to the non pass.

new UPPER catalytic converter installed 2019...
installed new LOWER cat converter MAR 10 2020...

Can't see ANY holes in exhaust pipe itself...
maybe the gaskets-flanges on the LOWER CAT CONV. install weren't done right?

Thanks.

What was the specific reason for the smog failure? Trouble code? Tailpipe emissions?
