ASE G1 TEST Study Guilds info

Good Morning Everyone, I got the ASE study guide from TESTS.com and ASE. I studied and got consistently 96% on the practice tests. I took the real test and found there was almost nothing remotely the same. I pointed this out to both ASE and TESTS.com, they said Study Harder. I got 96 % each time, what more did they want? I failed BUT only by a few points. WHAT study information is BETTER suited for the G1 and then Brakes. Just looking for study material that is closer to the real test questions. Any help PLEASE!

Unfortunately, I think you'll find that most practice questions from study guides/materials only vaguely resemble the actual test questions. I've tried study material from multiple brands, and none really come close to the legitimate questions.

Some guides are using dated material and don't refresh/rewrite as needed. Others are just flat out poorly worded. I haven't used Tests.com, but they may be throwing you softballs.

Bottom line, the only source I've seen that accurate reflects the questions you'll run into on the actual test are from ASE themselves . You'll have to pay, of course. But nothing else will give you a better idea of what to expect.
