2002 Saturn SL2 Defroster inoperative was created by popoften
Blower motor works, in heat mode it blows air just fine through side and bottom vents and warms car. But there is no airflow at the windshield defrost vents when I move control selector to "Defrost". My guess is that there is a blend door/actuator issue. My question is, is the dash going to have to come out to make this fix?

I looked up the labor time. Alldata says 0.9 hrs. Shopkey/Mitchell says 0.8 hrs.
