I HAVE 2015 MODEL VW PASSAT, DTC RETRIEVE 01314, CARRIED OUT ALL THE BASIC TEST, PCM POWER & GROUND FOUND GOOD.
NO REF VOLTAGE, KINDLY ADVISE IF ANY SIMILAR CASE HAS DUPLICATED??.

No reference voltage could be either the engine computer, an open (depending where you’re testing) or something is shorted and pulling it down.

You can try unplugging sensors 1 by 1 while monitoring the voltage to see if it comes back.

Unplugging sensors combined with visual exam is definitely way to go.
