I moved your topic to the repair questions section where you'll get more help.
Before getting very much involved, can you provide the engine size of your Caravan?
I don't recall having to set the engine at TDC to change the cam sensor, but I'm not sure what engine you have, so I'd like to confirm.
Does your code reader have live data available?
Chrysler's generally have a PID for the cam and crank sensors as well as their synchronized status.
It is not uncommon for a Chrysler of that generation set a cam sensor code for a crank sensor issue or vice versa.
Do you have a multimeter you can use? Depending on where this goes, there are going to be some circuit checks that you will need to perform before condemning a part as faulty.
This in an oldie, but goodie that can walk you through the kind of circuit checks you're going to need to perform.

hey there, the next step I would do is make sure you have power and ground at the sensor. I attached the wiring diagram and trouble tree for this code.
how many volts you have at the connector??
how many ohms of resistance do you have on the ground wire??
( i would put the ground lead of the DVOM on the neg battery terminal. )
and you can also check continuity from the signal wire to the ecm to make sure it is good.
