I have a 2005 chrysler 300 2.7 all my lights flicker and battery light stays on . Battery is charging as a matter of fact alternater reads it is charging at 18v I have tried everything replaced tipm and the fcm the alternater yet it still does it can anyone give me some advice and ty in advance

wouldn't a bad block ground cause high of voltage? test light connected to battery positive, then touch somewhere on the block, it should light. check during cranking also, if it does not light during cranking suspect a bad block ground.

Ok so I checked with a test light it is lit when I touch it and when it is running so not sure we're to go

I actually thought you had a no crank,
That , thr battery was good and that it was flickering with a no crank. Sorry I misunderstood.
So it's running and the lights are flickering with system voltage at 18?

Sounds like there is an arcing connection somewhere. Arcing connections drive the voltage regulation crazy. Check all the connections between the alternator and battery are clean tight and the cables free from breaks Also do the same for the main earth cable between body, engine and battery.

Yes all lights are flickering and the solus says I'm cranking out 18 volts also my battery light comes on a few minutes after running

Yes changed the alt and front control module the tipm and checked all the grounds even took them off and wire wheeled under them to make sure they were clean
